Returns & Exchanges  

  • Please contact Harken Customer Service to arrange any return or exchange. 
  • All returns or exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Harken.  RMA’s are valid for thirty (30) days from date issued.  Products returned after the expiration date or without an RMA number may be refused or could be subject to a service charge. 
  • Credit for product and tax (if applicable).  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Terms and Conditions 

  • To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. RMA requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of orderCustomer may be responsible for a restocking/service fee. 

Exclusions 

All clearance items are FINAL SALE and will not be considered for return. 

Returns after 30 Days 

After 30 days returns for refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
